How it works
No app, no account and no complicated rental process. EasyTap is designed so anyone can use it in a few seconds.
Locate a nearby EasyTap station in a bar, gym, venue or city location.
Tap your debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No app and no account required.
A charged power bank is released. Pull it out and you are ready to go.
Use the integrated cable to charge your phone while you keep moving.
Insert the power bank into any EasyTap station when you are finished.
Payment
Supported payment methods may include contactless cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Final availability depends on the payment provider connected to each station.
Temporary reservation
When you rent a power bank, EasyTap may temporarily reserve an amount on your payment method. Once the power bank is returned, your final rental cost is calculated and the remaining reserved amount is released.
Hold your card or phone to the pad
Returns
Power banks remain property of EasyTap. You are responsible for returning a rented power bank. If your power bank is not returned within the maximum rental period, the applicable replacement fee and any outstanding rental charges may automatically be charged to the payment method used for the rental.
